As an experienced Content Lead, you’ll oversee the company’s web content strategy from ideation to distribution. You will work to convert and nurture as many of our Communities’ audiences as possible onto joining the community, making investments, contributing effort and then becoming a super user of those companies they have invested/contributed too.
In this role you will be supported by our Community Manager to help as the conduit between the qualitative feedback and information from the community and community leads and also a Growth Lead to help deploy and measure the success of the content that you generate.
You’re a marketer at heart, excited by unlocking growth opportunities and enjoy creating content that makes people feel something, and keep them lining up for more. You appreciate that a message will only be as effective as your understanding of the reader, their journey and awareness of your brand.
As a result, you are tenacious in understanding your audience, their pain, needs and goals to craft meaningful messaging people actually want to read.With that in mind, you understand marketing channels, skillsets and technology which enable you to build considered, targeted content that drives all areas within a marketing funnel.
Most of all, you want to rally with your team to learn, grow and celebrate the process of creating marketing that hits people right in the feels and in doing so helps businesses succeed.
