Vest is reimagining the relationship between Venture and Capital to create companies for good. We do this by creating a platform that powers syndicate communities to view hyper niche dealflow, invest in deals and be rewarded for their contributions to the community. Simply, we’re going to give people the power and control to have visibility and the opportunity to trade/sell/buy their Equity, ESOP, Carry and more. So when life is unfair, you could liquidate your options and take care of what's important.

Vest is incubated at venture studio Josephmark, and now joint-ventured and funded by VentureCrowd, which is a crowdfunding platform.


Main objectives

You will work directly with our Content lead and Community Manager to convert and nurture as many of our Communities’ audiences as possible into joining the community, making investments, contributing effort and then becoming a super user of those companies that they have invested/contributed too.

Supported by our Content Lead, you will be able to help develop the content you need to consistently increase conversions and a Community Manager to be the conduit for qualitative insights and information between the community members, deals and community leaders.

You will also have the opportunity to develop lateral ideas and have them implemented by our technology team.

Build and implement a strategy and funnel to convert community members into investments Each community has a number of segments between its potential investor audience. Each of these segments will need to be approached differently, tagged with the required properties and nurtured in their own unique way.

Build and implement a strategy and funnel to convert community members into company super-users The nurturing sequence for this will ultimately be different from a community or community capital raise reward and engagement sequence and will need its own set of assets and workflows. By supporting this effort - companies should be able to engage and raise their next round of capital much faster than the first campaign effort.
