Josephmark is in an exciting phase of rapid growth as a company, doubling in size over the past 18 months. Our headcount is made up of an eclectic mix of designers, developers, strategists, copywriters, and technologists spread across Australia and the US. We’ve built brands and ventures, startups and scale-ups for the last 18 years, all with a focus on changing the ways we work, play, and live.

Due to growth within our team, we're now looking for an Operations Assistant to work in our Operations team supporting various functions of our business.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

You will ensure our Brisbane studio is well-maintained and functional for our team, managing maintenance and equipment requests and providing relevant communications that concern the studio space
You will facilitate the use of our space for external parties working very closely with our Marketing and Talent teams
Working closely with our Finance team, you will project manage our social events which include procurement, vendors, entertainment, logistics and budget management
You will be communicating regularly with the whole Group including important updates, celebrations and support the creation of content for our group wide meetings and memos
You'll get to work the People team on projects and initiatives as well as supporting onboarding for new employees
Supporting the reconciliation process, you will diligently track all receipts, invoices and financial documentation in our accounts inbox

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Strong written communication skills
Event and travel management experience or similar
Customer service focus
Strong administrative experience
Solid understanding of working within budgets
The ability to take initiative within your role and also outside of your role to support the wider Group
Attention to detail is a must!

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours. This role is based in Brisbane, Australia and will be required to work with Brisbane timezones and LA.
